Terms of Use and Conditions

You agree to be bound by and accept this policies and disclaimers as applicable to your purchase of product(s) from UniqueWorldShop.com. Please read them carefully.

Mail-Order-House "UniqueWorldShop" (hereinafter called the "Shop") will sell products on the Shop's website UniqueWorldShop.com by accepting online orders from online users (the "Visitor" or "Customer") and, upon receiving payment of the purchase price, will ship purchased products to the delivery address provided by the Visitor (the "Service").
Characteristics of Products
All products listed in the Shop are made to be used in different countries as Japan, Germany or Vietnam domestically, unless stated otherwise. Japanese products that operate from electric power requires an AC input of 100V and require proper transformer in order to work correctly outside of Japan. The Shop only sells 100% authentic, new and unopened products, unless stated otherwise (in case of special/sales offers). The shop is not liable for loss or damages of any kind arising from the use of products sold from the Shop including but not limited to consequential, incidental, direct or indirect loss or damages.
Color Rendition
The Shop has done the best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the UniqueWorldShop.com web site. However, because the displayed colors will depend on the Visitors monitor, the Shop cannot guarantee that the Visitor’s monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
The Order Acceptance
the receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of an order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Shop reserves the right, at any time after receipt of an order, to accept or decline the customer’s order for any reason. The shop reserve the right, at any time after receipt of an order, without prior notice to the Customer, to supply less than the quantity the customer ordered of any item. The Shop may need to verify any information the Customer provide before the Shop accept an order.
Item availability and prices of all products sold at UniqueWorldShop.com are subject to change without notice. The Shop reserves the right to limit quantities on certain items. (Price changes will not be retroactively applied to any outstanding or completed orders.)

The Shop accept all major credit cards trough PayPal®, or Moneybookers®. The Customer should provide the exact billing address and telephone number that the credit card issuer has on. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing the order.

Shipping, Taxes and other Costs
Unless stated otherwise, all products are shipped out from the Shop’s warehouse in Garching Germany, other partners in Germany, Japan, or Vietnam. Insured and with tracking number. Depending on Origin of the ordered products, the Shop may ship out the order in several parcels from Germany, Japan, or Vietnam. Used shipping companies are DHL, GDA (Global Distribution Alliance) or EMS (Express Mail Service). The Customer, as the importer is responsible for sales and all other taxes, associated with the order, if applied, however designated. Additional import tax may also apply. Exception: Orders within the European Union include VAT for all German products. The Shop will not declare any purchased products as gift or with a lower value than the retail price.
Risk of Loss – Damage during Shipping
The Shop sends the products to the delivery address provided by the Customer. However, the Shop is not responsible for any damage or loss of the product after the Shop has delivered the product to the shipping company appointed by the Shop. The product is delivered insured and the Shop will process the insurance claim with the delivery company in case of loss, on the Customer's behalf, and forward any compensation payments from the insurance to the Customer immediately after the lost claim has been settled.
If, upon receiving a product, the Customer notes any major damage to the packaging and/or the product itself, the Customer shall immediately file a report with the shipper or the shipping company. The Customer shall also notify the Shop by e-mail to support@uniqueworldshop.com, attaching an official damage report from the shipping company and, if possible, a photo as proof.
The Shop will process the insurance claim with the delivery company in case of damage, on the Customer's behalf, and forward any compensation payments from the insurance to the Customer immediately after the lost claim has been settled.
Warranty
Warranty in relation to the product will be provided by the manufacturer of the product pursuant to the terms and conditions as set forth in the warranty certificate or other document attached to the product.
Prior to retuning any product for warranty related issues, the Customer shall contact the Shop for consultation regarding the return, either by e-mail or telephone, and after receiving the Shop's confirmation may ship the complete product to the correct address the Shop provide then.
Return Policies
1. The Customer must carefully inspect the product as soon as it is delivered to the Customer and notify the Shop immediately if the Customer notices any problems with the product, such as damage or delivery of a different product.
2. If the product delivered is different from the product the Customer ordered, or the product is defective, or the Customer does not like the product, the Customer may return such product, subject to the following conditions, by calling or sending an e-mail to the Shop and stating the reason for such return within seven days after receipt of the product. However, the product can only be exchanged for the same product and not for any product different from the ordered product.
3. If the Customer wishes to return the product because the product is defective, is not the product the Customer ordered, or is spoiled or damaged, or has any problems which are attributable to the Shop, the Shop will bear the original shipping costs and/or any return shipping costs.
4. If the Customer wishes to return the product because of the Customer's personal reasons, such as the Customer does not like the product, the Customer shall bear the original shipping costs, return shipping cost and any bank/wire transfer charges associated with refunding the purchase price.
5. All returns must be packed correctly to be accepted.
6. Returnable products must be returned within eight days from the date on which the Customer informed the Shop of the Customer's intention to and reason for the return.
7. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Customer may not exchange the product in following circumstances:
When the Customer contacts the Shop on or after the eighth day after the delivery.
When the product tags, price tags, labels, etc. have been removed from the product.
When the product has been used, damaged, broken or changed by the Customer or the product package has been opened or the product package has been damaged, broken or destroyed.
Customized and sanitary products are generally excluded from return.
If the Customer is entitled to a refund, the refund may be paid by the payment method which the Customer has used for his payment to the Shop or by PayPal®.
Liability
The Shop is not liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the Customer or any third party resulting, whether directly or indirectly, from the use of the product unless otherwise stipulated in the Terms or such damages are attributable to the Shop.
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies and Limitations on Quantity
The information on this web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be
complete or current. The Shop therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after the Customer have submitted an order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. The Shop also reserves the right to limit quantities (including after the Customer have submitted an order).
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, The Shop shall have the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and the customer’s account has been charged. In case the Customer has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, Mail-Order-House will refund the full amount to the customer’s account.
System Malfunctions
If a Customer's Order data is lost due to the malfunction of equipment related to the Service or of internet transmission circuits, the Shop may unconditionally and immediately terminate the Contract without any notice to the Customer.
System malfunctions may sometimes prevent or delay e-mails from Customers to the Shop. The Shop is not liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the Customer arising out of, whether directly or indirectly, any non-delivery or delay in delivery of the Customer's e-mail.

The Shop website and the content contained herein, as well as all copyrights, are the property of the Shop. The Visitor may access and use the content, and download and, or print out single copies of any content from the web site UniqueWorldShop.com, solely for personal, noncommercial use. The Visitor acknowledges to do not acquire any ownership rights by using the web site.

The Terms may be changed without notice to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for confirming such changes if they are available on the Shop's website. However, if a product is ordered before such change in Terms is made available on the Shop's website, the former terms and conditions will apply.
Governing Law
The governing law of these Terms and any contract formed under these Terms is the law of Germany, excluding its choice of law rules. The Customer and the Shop agree that the German Local Court (Amtsgericht) Munich shall have exclusive jurisdiction and that any lawsuit arising between the Customer and the Shop related to the Service shall be submitted to the Local Court (Amtsgericht) Munich in Germany as the case may be.
